Η θετική ενέργεια των κρυστάλλων
Οι κρύσταλλοι πρέπει να προγραμματίζονται με σκέψεις και εικόνες που αφορούν το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Αφού καθαρίσετε τον κρύσταλλό σας διαλογιστείτε μαζί του κλείνοντας τα μάτια και αφιερώστε τον στον σκοπό για το οποίο τον χρησιμοποιείτε. Κρατήστε τον στο χέρι σας ώστε να συντονίσετε μαζί του την ενέργεια σας.
Να είστε ακριβείς. Αν θέλετε να προσελκύσετε αγάπη, περιγράψτε ακριβώς το είδος της αγάπης που ψάχνετε. Αν αναζητάτε θεραπεία, πείτε ακριβώς ποια είναι η κατάστασή σας και τι θέλετε να συμβεί. Αν βιώνετε αγωνία για κάτι, κρατήστε τον κρύσταλλο σας και δείτε τον εαυτό σας να είναι ήρεμος, σίγουρος και γεμάτος αυτοπεποίθηση. Αν θέλετε να στείλετε σκέψεις αγάπης ή προσευχές σε ένα άτομο, τοποθετήστε τον κρύσταλλο στο κέντρο της καρδιάς οραματιστείτε το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα και προβάλλετε την εικόνα μέσω των κρυστάλλων στο πρόσωπο το οποίο προσεύχεστε.
Όταν τους προγραμματίσετε μπορείτε να τους τοποθετήσετε όλους μαζί κάθε έναν ξεχωριστά σε ένα γυάλινο μπολ ή σε ένα ξύλινο μπαουλάκι, πάνω σε συρτάρι σε μέρος που μπορείτε να τους βλέπετε συχνά. Μπορείτε επίσης να τους έχετε πάνω σας φορώντας τους ως κόσμημα.
Είναι χρήσιμο πολλές φορές να κρατάτε τον κρύσταλλο σας στο χέρι συχνά κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας.
